Headshot London is a corporate photography and image studio working across the City of London. Since 2007 we have photographed international businesses based in the UK, from executives and teams to offices and events.
We produce corporate headshots, LinkedIn photography and PR portraits in colour or black and white at your offices, alongside AI corporate video for onboarding, training and communications.
Half-day bookings cover five to twenty people; full-day bookings, up to fifty. Larger commissions are priced by project.
Individuals can book a time slot at our studio days in the City of London. For one portrait, Augmented Imagery is usually the better option, using photographs you already have.

Augmented Imagery
That covers a shoot. But most companies have a second problem: the imagery they need does not exist yet, and the imagery that does exist is stock.
Augmented Imagery is how we answer it. We produce corporate imagery to brief, whether photographed, generated, or a combination of both. The method depends on what the image has to do. Brand libraries, employer-brand campaigns, thought-leadership portraits and concept work, art-directed to the standard the photography is held to.
It is most useful to companies moving faster than their picture library. A founder speaking at a conference soon, an office opening in the spring, a team being hired. The image is needed before the thing exists, and we photograph the business you are becoming rather than only the business you are today.
It also answers a problem for international companies: UK staff can be photographed in London and placed in the same setting as colleagues overseas, matching a style set at head office without the cost of travel.
Headshot or portrait?
A headshot is usually framed around your head and shoulders, built to give people a clear, accurate introduction to you. It’s what you need for LinkedIn, a company directory or a speaker biography.
A portrait has a wider brief: it can include your workspace, your team or the way you work, and tells a fuller story than a face alone. Most businesses need both.

I’m booking and managing the shoot for our team. How can you make my life easier?
We take the work off your desk after the shoot. Colleagues collect their own pictures from a private gallery, order their own retouching and bring their questions straight to us, and you can see at a glance who still needs to download. See everything the gallery does for organisers.
How long has Headshot London been in business?
Headshot London has photographed businesses since 2007, which makes 2027 our twentieth anniversary.
How much does a shoot cost?
Shoots start from £390 + VAT. Team days and larger commissions are quoted in writing before anything is booked. Augmented Imagery starts at £125 + VAT per image, and retouching, where arranged, is £50 + VAT per image.
I want retouching, but my company won’t pay. What can I do?
You can order it yourself. Choose “Retouch this image” on your photograph in the gallery, describe the change you would like and pay online, at £50 + VAT per image. We deal with you directly.
Do you have a studio?
Most shoots take place at your offices, with a full lighting setup brought to you. Individuals without a suitable space can book a time slot on one of our studio days in the City of London.
Where is Headshot London based?
In the City of London. We photograph at client offices across London and throughout the UK for major companies with nationwide offices.
How quickly are photographs delivered?
Within three to five working days in most cases, through our SEND app, a private online gallery where everyone can download their own pictures in four versions, from the full-resolution file to a square cropped for LinkedIn. Read more about the SEND app.
How can we pay?
We send an invoice or payment link, and every session is paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Retouching that colleagues order from the gallery is paid online when they order it. If the company is paying for retouching of their staff images, the retouching is quoted at the start.
