Advertising Drinks Photography Campaign

Overview

Club Mate is a Maté based Lemon Tea made by Brauerei Loscher in Bavaria.

The drink, which enjoys Cult status amongst clubbers in Germany and around the world for it’s caffine levels is little known in the United Kingdom. We were commissioned TAG24, to shoot two poster images to help sell the brand on our home turf and around the world.

The images were to speak of over 100 years of brewing history in Germany, humour, which the brand usually employs and South America, where the drink’s key ingredient is from.

We got hold of the Victorian wardrobe and props (It’s 1898, remember!) and shot our models on a green screen in our Shoreditch studio. The South American looking wall in the background was created digitally and our cutout models were placed in the shot before the full retouch took place.
