Kids Rock at the best of times but on our shoots we like them to really be kids and do what they do best. For us a kid without a little cheeky grin or bouncing off the walls with energy, is a lost opportunity to look back in years to come.

My own family had a photographer document our lives over the course of a day and I look back at the surviving contact sheets (printed thumbnails for those of the digital generation) with a smile at my brother and I and our cheeky faces! Thirty years later, I can highly recommend it.

We can make family shoots 'fun loving' or 'tender and loving' - for those children who have just been born into the world. We can even come to the hospital if you want to capture their first day on earth.
